Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It is the meal that breakfast the fast, since supper the night before. So skipping breakfast may mean going without food for about eighteen hours. Important nutrients missed at breakfast may not be made up in remaining meals.
Many people skip breakfast because they think this will help them lose weight. Breakfast skippers usually become so hungry. That they eat large amounts of food later in the day. And sometimes they eat large amounts of food later in the day. And sometimes they may put on a lot. It dose not mean. That the first meal of the day should be very rich one. Some times it may not fruits or cereals or bread and milk. This varies according to the place, age...environment and the affordability and availability. Breakfast patterns can be changed occasionally. If a person tires of the usual breakfast menu, an equally wholesome , but different one can be tried.
